I may walk through valleys as dark as death, but won’t be
affraid, You are with me, and your shepherd’s rod makes me feel save. You treat
me to a feast, while my enemies watch. You honour me as your guest. And You
fill my cup until it overflows. Your kindness and love will always be with me
each day of my life, and I will live for ever in your house, Lord.
Stay in Jesus, Make you save. My Jesus. Live for Jesus
Prayer
You have answer my prayer and my plea for mercy.
My enemies will be ashamed and terrified, as they quickly run away in complete
disgrace
Hard Headed
The Lord said, “Ezekiel son of man, I want you to stand up
and listen.” After He said this, his spirit took control of me and lifted me to
my feet, then the Lord said “Ezekiel, I am sending you to the people of Israel,
they are just like their ancestors who rebelled against Me & refused to
stop, they are stubborn & hard headed, but I lord God, have chosen you to
tell them what I say, those rebbels may not even listen, but at least the will
know that a prophet has come to them, do not be afraid of them or anything they
say, you may think you are in the middle of a patch of thorns or a bunch of
scorpions, but be brave & preach my message to them, wheather they choose
to listen or not.
Do not Affraid
What can we say about all this? If God is on our side, can
anyone be against us? God did not keep back his own Son, but He gave Him for
us. If God did this, won’t He freely give us everything else? If God says His
chosen ones are acceptable to Him, can anyone bring charges against them? Or
can anyone condemn them? No indeed, Christ died and was raised to life, and now He is at God’s
right side, speaking to Him for us, can anything separate us from the love of
Christ? Can trouble, suffering and hard times, or hunger & nakedness, or
danger & death? It is exactly as the scriptures say : “For you we face
death all day long, we are like sheep on their way to be butchered.” In everything we have won more than a victory
because of Christ who loves us, I am sure that nothing can separate us from
God’s love, not life or death, not angels or spirits, not the present or the
future, and not powers above or powers below, nothing in all creation can
separate us from God’s love for us in Christ Jesus our Lord.
Lord is powerful
The Lord God demands loyalty. In his anger, He takes revenge
on his enemies. The Lord is powerful, yet patient, He makes sure that the
guilty are always punished. He can be seen in storms and in whirlwinds, clouds
are the dust from His feet.
Abraham son
One hot summer afternoon Abraham was sitting by the entrance
to his tent near the sacred trees of mamre, when the lord appeared to him.
Abraham looked up and saw three men standing nearby. While they were eating, he
stood near them under the trees, and they asked, “Where is your wife Sarah?”.
“she is right there in the tent,” Abraham answered. One of the guest was the
Lord, and He said, “I will come back about this time next year, and when I do,
Sarah will already have a son.” Sarah was behind Abraham, listening at the entrance
to the tent. Abraham and Sarah were very old, and Sarah was well pass the age
for having children. So she laughed and said to her self, “Now that I am worn
out and my husband is old, will I really know such happiness?”. The Lord asked
Abraham, “why did Sarah laugh? Does she doubt that she can have a child in her
old age? I am the Lord! There is nothing too difficult for me. I will come back
next year at the time I promised, and Sarah will already have a son.” Sarah was
so frightened that she lied and said, “I did not laugh.” “ yes you did” He
answered.
A Man with an evil spirit
Suddenly a man
with an evil spirit in him entered the meeting place and yelled, “Jesus from
Nazareth, what do you want with us? Have you come to destroy us? I know who you
are ! you are God’s Holy One.”
Jesus told the
evil spirit,”Be quiet and come outof the man.” The spirit shook him. Then it gave a loud shout and left.
